REJET SITUATION CD REVIEW – LUCIOLE NO HIME VOL.6 Dr. Thriller

Sigh. Someone tell me what happened because I can’t get what actually happened. I’ve got my own theories based on all the information collected, but it’s still confusing AF.

I was super busy the entire September and when I finally have a chance to listen to this thinking that the mystery would be revealed here, it only opens another can of worms.

The blurb of Thriller from the website has ZERO connection to what actually happened in the CD. Read the lies here: Continue reading

The 7th Special Division – Tokyo Cemetery (十狂セメタリ―)

Master link page for my reviews!

main_img02

Story: There is a “7th Division” in the police force, also known as the ‘Cemetery’ unit due to the special cases that they take on, and the fact that they often work late into the night. Despite being the daughter of the Superintendent General (some high-ranking dude in the police force), you have been assigned as a newbie to this strange unit… Continue reading

Rejet Situation CD – Tokyo Cemetery Vol.1 – Karigai Beruno

Okay I didn’t expect to get so hyped about another series when I haven’t even finished Luciole, but Rejet, with their idols and diabolic mosquitoes is hit-or-miss, and this, is a HIT.

I have 4 CDs, but hell yaaass I’m gonna buy the other 2.

DmpURNKUYAAPzES

This series has a very complicated setting, and it might be confusing for people if you hadn’t read through the CD jacket or read the website before, so I’ll do a short intro (which I also did on my master link page) here before going into the review!

Rejet Situation CD Review – リュシオルの姫 (Luciole No Hime) Vol.1 Solona

Oh holy smokes.

jacket01

It’s been a while since I’ve:

1) Listened to Midorikawa Hikaru’s voice over dummyhead. It’s an oasis and eargasm in one.
2) Listened to a new story concept from Rejet.

The combination of the above two things was mind-blowing! Rejet’s situation CDs (Minus Diabolik Lovers) have never disappointed me, and this one was great (though short).

Jyuuguchi goes Binaurual! ( *´艸`)

Hello Dummyhead mic. Jyuuguchi experiments with the famous binaurual (or 3D) sound!

The last summer holiday of my life is coming soon, and I’ve decided to spend it creating things that I’ve been wanting to for a while now… get out that really out-of-tune violin, fix that broken string on the guitar, make use of that Bamboo drawing tablet and basically not spend so much time with my 2D harem. Norn9 has not been moving for a while now, but I promise to pick it up soon! At the moment, Last Era is really fun, I just love the interactions between the characters and it’s the best fandisc Otomate has so far. Gold rating, I approve.

Anyway, what I’ve learnt by making this video is that seiyuus work really really hard just to bring one CD to life. The
dummyhead picks up so much noise, (which is of course, why it’s so real) and despite you feeling like you are walking Continue reading

Saisho de Saigo no Kiss ~ Sacrifice : Calmera CD Review Summary

(・_・;) ???????

Calmera = 友情エンド The only end where the heroine ends up alive.

Wait, what happened??? Now that we know just who on earth Calmera is, why are they all even dead? We know the reason why Calmera died but just how did the other guys die? Am I missing something here?!?!

How the heck did Calmera even create this world just for her? Through what powers? Is this world for anyone who dies or only people related to the heroine? And how did ‘he’ see through the eyes of the cat anyway?! In the first place, how is he even able to send a carriage to her home in real life since they are from the world of the dead? Someone tell me what’s going on.

Rather than revealing the mysteries, Calmera’s CD left me with more doubts and questions and to be honest, his story was nothing interesting at all. Is this their way of an April fool’s joke?!

Tsukiyasha – Yashiro Hayato CD summary review

A must buy. Stop drinking Starbucks or eating TrashDonalds and BUY HAYATO’S CD!!! *Beware of Jyuuguchi in extreme hysteria mode in the track summaries because Hayato has triggered her Moe.* ( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`)( *´艸`) 隼人やべえ可愛い

Hayato is such a cutie! I actually teared up in the later half of his story @_@ If you follow my twitter, I was bouncing with excitement when his CD jacket and voice samples were released because he seems like the nicest Yasha out of all the rest of them, and he is. He calls her ‘Ojou’ which is something like ‘milady’ and he says he really should call her Hime (princess) since she is so vital to the Yasha for her blood. He makes her food and helps her kill bugs though he hates them (lol gap moe?) and though his story also follows the ‘I gave up X mission for my love’, his story plays out with more emotion than Gento’s and I loved the sound of his Geta in the walking scenes (・∀・) Misao complained about the idiocy of standing out with shoes like that when Yasha are supposed to avoid human attention as much as possible, but Hayato’s design does reflect his upbringing and lively character. His hatred for Misao is not only because of their polar characters but because of the way they lived their lives before they assembled at Reimeikan. Continue reading

Happy Sugar Darlin’ – Satu CD Review Summary

So I’ve been misreading the bear’s name for six months until now (;・∀・) I thought it’d be Satou, Japanese for sugar but upon closer inspection after I heard ‘Satu’ its written as さとぅ!! I googled and found this:

[ syll. sa-tu, sat-u ] The baby girl name Satu is also used as a boy name. It is pronounced Saa-Tuw- . Satu has its origins in the Japanese and Finnish languages. It is used largely in Finnish and Scandinavian. Finnish origin: It is derived literally from the word satu which is of the meaning ‘fairy tale’. In addition, Satu is a form of the name Sato.

And so it seems. On to revealing the Cd jacket!  Continue reading
